Description

A canning recipe without unnecessary complications. This simple recipe for adjika with horseradish for winter came to me suddenly—I really wanted to try adjika without boiling it through, but to keep it "fresh." As it happened, I had very little red pepper at home. I supplemented it with horseradish—and did not regret it; it turned out very tasty! Since then I have often used this recipe for making adjika with horseradish for winter, and I recommend it to you as well.
