Adjika with Garlic
Description
It has already become a tradition that every summer I set aside half a day to make garlic adjika for the winter. Every family has its own recipe. Mine is one of the easiest.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash all the ingredients for the adjika. Peel the garlic, and cut large tomatoes and peppers in half or quarters. You can leave small tomatoes whole.
- 2
Step 2

Pass everything through a meat grinder. The main thing is to achieve uniformity. After everything has been ground, transfer to a saucepan and cook over heat for 35 minutes.

Step 3

After the specified time, add all the remaining ingredients: herbs, salt, sugar, press in 300 g of garlic, and pour in the vinegar. Once everything is added, stir and leave on the heat for another 10 minutes. Before filling the jars, stir each time so the thick part of the adjika does not always stay at the bottom.
