Spicy adjika from tomatoes and garlic
Description
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Prepare them. Run through a meat grinder and boil. Adjika keeps very well even without vinegar, thanks to the large amount of pepper and garlic. But you can also play it safe. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
