Description

2. Peel all the vegetables and chop them. Tip – use gloves and a gauze mask to avoid burns. Cut the pepper into wedges and peel the garlic – prepare all the vegetables for the meat grinder.

3. Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder and add the spices. If necessary, run it through a second time to achieve a uniform consistency.
