
Canned adjika
Description
A simple way to make preserves ahead of time. For adjika, first chop the vegetables, then cook them with the spices. We preserve the finished adjika in jars under lids. Store in a cool place. The preserve is ready for winter storage.

Prepare the ingredients. Wash all vegetables thoroughly.

Cut off the stems from the hot peppers. For the bell peppers, remove the seeds, then rinse the insides and slice them.

Add the vegetables to the blender one at a time and blend.

Until a very fine crumb forms.

Mix all the vegetables. Put on the heat to cook for about 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare and measure the spices, salt, etc.

Add salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, and spices to the adjika and simmer for another 10 minutes.
