Ajika for winter

180 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Minimal ingredients — excellent result. The common and widely loved version of tomato-based adjika with sweet peppers and even apples is quite far from the original. Real "Caucasian" adjika for winter, prepared at home, should be made exclusively from hot peppers and garlic, with the addition of various herbs and spices. The sauce is ready. Store in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
