There's no need to cook anything—all the vegetables are passed through a meat grinder and mixed with sugar and salt. Then the ajika is packed into sterilized jars and stored in the refrigerator. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Peel the horseradish root and garlic and chop them finely. Slice the hot pepper into rings and wash the dill. Grind all the vegetables until smooth using a meat grinder or blender.

Add salt and sugar and mix everything thoroughly.

Sterilize glass jars and lids in the oven for 10 minutes at 100°C.
