Pepper and Garlic Adjika for Winter
Description
A simple way to make a batch ahead. The adjika turns out quite spicy. If you prefer a milder appetizer, I recommend reducing the amount of hot pepper or adding apples instead. Homemade pepper-and-garlic adjika for winter will become the most popular appetizer on any table, replacing the traditional salad. Good luck!
