Spicy pepper and garlic ajika

Description

Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. This ajika goes well with meat (grilled, stewed, or roasted). You won't need a stove, as the sauce isn't cooked and is eaten raw. You can store it in a covered jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Instructions

    Step 1

    Wash the tomatoes and peppers thoroughly. Cut the tomatoes into 4 wedges, and cut the peppers in half, removing the seeds and stems.

    Grind all the ingredients through a meat grinder to achieve a uniform consistency.

    Transfer the contents to a bowl, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt or a little more if desired, and mix well.
