Georgian Adjika

30 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The appetizer is prepared quickly and easily. Each of us has tried adjika at least once in our lives, but if you bought a store-bought version, I have to disappoint you, because such adjika bears little resemblance to the real thing. However, if you love everything spicy and hot and want to learn how to make Georgian adjika, I will gladly tell you about it. I prepare this treat quite often, so I can say with complete confidence that there is absolutely nothing difficult about it—anyone can make Georgian adjika at home. And how and with what to eat it is already a personal matter for each of you, because adjika goes perfectly with meat, fish, and vegetables; even if you simply spread it on a piece of bread, it makes an excellent appetizer. Serve the appetizer to the table.
