Quick Adjika for Winter

40 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. Here is a simple quick ajika recipe for winter. It turns out an unusually orange color, of course, but no less tasty! It just so happened that by the time I had bought all the ingredients that were missing at home, the household had quickly eaten almost all the tomatoes I needed! Where 2 kilos of tomatoes could have gone—I have no idea! But the point is, I replaced them with zucchini, and the quick ajika recipe for winter was none the worse for it! Very tasty. Can be served warm or chilled.
