
Ajapsandali in a multicooker
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Ajapsandali is not very difficult to prepare, so ajapsandali in a multicooker is quite easy to make. First, chop all the ingredients, make a spice mix, and add sugar to the tomato paste. Arrange the ingredients in the multicooker and stew. Add the tomato paste and stew again. In the end, you get a finished dish that can be served right away or stored. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Wash, peel, and slice the vegetables into thin rounds. Chop the garlic and herbs. Slice the meat as well. Lay down the first layer — half of the eggplants.
