Achma with herbs
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Grease a baking dish with oil and place the lavash flatbread on the bottom. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Tear the second lavash into pieces and dip them into a kefir-egg mixture. Arrange the pieces randomly on top, sprinkle with cheese and chopped herbs. Tuck the edges of the overhanging lavash toward the center, forming a pie-like shape. Brush the top with butter. Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Let it cool slightly or serve warm. Enjoy!
