Description

Homemade pastry for tea. Let's prepare achma with cheese and cottage cheese at home. Grease the baking dish with butter and place two lavash sheets crosswise. Pour melted butter over them, add the cheese filling, and pour the kefir-egg mixture. Repeat the following layers in the same way, and pour the remaining butter and kefir-egg mixture over the top layer (lavash). Bake the achma in the oven for 40 minutes. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Crumble the cottage cheese and grate the suluguni. Mix the kefir with eggs and salt.
