First, chop the onion and carrot. Sauté the vegetables with the minced meat in vegetable oil in the multicooker bowl. Use the "Sauté" mode for 15 minutes. Pour in the broth 2-3 minutes before cooking is complete. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the vegetables sautéed with the minced meat to a plate and mix with chopped herbs.

Pour a very small amount of oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Place the lavash on top.

On top, place a portion of the filling. Then, add another lavash and another layer of filling. Thus, the top layer should be lavash.
