Achma with feta cheese
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. I prepare achma using a multicooker, although it can also be baked in a conventional oven. Place a whole sheet of lavash on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Then add a layer of torn lavash pieces dipped into a kefir-egg mixture. Next, add a layer of crumbled feta cheese and grated hard cheese. Repeat the layers until the bowl is full. Bake for 60 minutes in "Baking" mode. Then flip the achma over and cook for another 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Good luck!
