Authentic achma
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Let's prepare authentic achma at home. Divide the puff pastry into four equal parts, rolling each into a square sheet. Place the first sheet into a baking dish or onto a baking tray. Sprinkle with brined cheese and pour over the kefir-egg mixture. Then add 3-4 more layers of dough and filling. Top with the remaining kefir and egg mixture. Bake the achma in the oven for 30 minutes, until it develops a crispy golden crust. Good luck! Serve with tea or coffee.
