Achma made with lavash in a multicooker

Description

Delicious baked dish for the whole family. Cheesy pie or achma is quite a popular dish in Georgia. The preparation process isn't particularly easy if you follow all the rules and make achma from dough rather than lavash. But fortunately, you can always make things easier by using more affordable ingredients. To prepare achma from lavash in a multicooker, I recommend using two types of cheese, one of which should be a hard variety. You can replace Adyghe cheese with feta or suluguni cheese according to your preference.
