The baking is simple and quick. If you've ever tried this amazing Georgian dish, you know just how delicious it is. However, preparing traditional achma isn't that easy, as it requires pre-boiled layers of dough. Overall, it's quite a long and labor-intensive process. But if you're crazy about this treat and don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen, I can offer you this easy recipe for achma made with lavash and baked in the oven. Since we don't need to prepare and boil the dough here, the cooking time is significantly reduced, while the dish still tastes just as amazing. Now you won't have to deny yourself the pleasure of enjoying this Georgian pie, because now you'll know how.

    For the filling, first of all, we should grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

    In a separate bowl, break three eggs and beat them slightly.
