Achma from lavash with cottage cheese

Description

This achma is like healthy fast food. It's quick to prepare, yet contains nothing unhealthy. Make it—you'll be satisfied. Serve with tea or coffee.

    Place the cottage cheese in a bowl.

    Mash with a fork. Lightly salt. Press garlic through a garlic press (adding garlic is optional, but tastier this way).

    Chop the herbs, add to the cottage cheese.

    Add eggs and a little milk. Knead until smooth.

    Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the thin lavash. My lavash sheets are small-sized, so I divided the cottage cheese mixture into 3 parts and spread it onto each lavash sheet. Then I rolled each lavash into a separate roll and arranged them in a snail shape in a baking dish.

    Before placing the lavash in the pan, grease the pan with oil to prevent the lavash from sticking.

    Mix 2 eggs with 100 ml of milk. Beat well. Pour this mixture over the lavash. Place the dish with the achma in the oven and bake until done. Heat at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes.
