
Achma made with lavash and kefir
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Let's prepare achma made with lavash and kefir at home. First, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with kefir, eggs, chopped herbs, and garlic sauce. Grease the baking tray with oil and place the lavash on it, then spread a portion of the cheese filling on top. Repeat the layers until the top. Brush the final layer with beaten egg and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake the dish in the oven for 30 minutes. Good luck! Serve with tea or coffee.
