Lavash with feta cheese acharma

Description

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Make the filling using feta cheese, eggs, and milk. Layer it: after each layer, place a piece of lavash on top, and continue in layers until the filling is used up. Bake in the oven until done.     Grease the baking dish with oil. Tear the thin lavash into small pieces. Arrange the lavash in a single layer in the dish, completely covering the bottom. Instead of a dish, I use the lid from a glass pot.

    Grate the feta cheese on a grater. Add eggs, milk, salt, and spices to taste. Mix well.

    Divide the mixture into 3 parts. Place the first portion of the filling onto the lavash and spread it evenly. Cover with fresh pieces of lavash, then add another layer of filling. Add lavash again, and then filling once more.

    The top layer can be either feta cheese or lavash—it's up to you. If lavash is the top layer, brush it with milk so it doesn't turn into chips while baking.

    Bake in the oven until done at 180 degrees. Baking time is about 15-20 minutes. The surface of the pie will turn golden brown.
