Lazy Georgian achma
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to make. I suggest you prepare lazy achma. Instead of dough, we'll use lavash (as the name implies, no hard work required)). Use a mix of cheeses: Adyghe cheese is naturally a bit soft, while hard cheese (in our case, Russian cheese) will give the filling the right consistency. For making Georgian lazy achma, don't skimp on fresh herbs—the more, the better (coriander, parsley, dill). The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

Spread one-third of the filling onto the lavash, then cover with another sheet of lavash, and add another third of the filling on top. Place the last sheet of lavash on top, then transfer to a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 20–30 minutes. Remove the achma from the oven, spread the remaining filling on top, return it to the oven, and let it brown. Serve, garnished with fresh herbs. )
