Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Beat the eggs. Add water to them. Sift the flour and salt. Knead the dough. Divide it into 8 parts. Make one part slightly larger than the others. Roll a ball from each part of the dough. Let the dough balls rest for 10 min for proofing. Vigorously tap the balls against the edge of the table. Then roll the dough out extremely thin into large flat sheets. Brush the parchment paper with oil. Place the largest sheet on the oiled parchment. Brush the top with melted butter. Gently lower the other sheets, one by one, into boiling water for 10–15 seconds. Immediately after boiling, dip them into a bowl of cold water and lay them out on a clean towel. Grate the cheese. Mix the cheese with sour cream and half of the remaining butter. On the sheet of dough that is on the baking tray, place four boiled sheets. Brush each layer well with butter. Spread half of the cheese filling on top. Then add three more butter‑brushed sheets and spread the remaining filling. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Fold the edges of the bottom sheet upward and cover the pie with it. Lay a sheet of foil on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 °C, then lower the temperature to 180 °C, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. It should be served hot. This pie with sour cream is very tasty. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
