Apricot Pie
Description
The baking is simple and quick. I often make this pie because it's not at all labor-intensive, and homemade pastries with tea are always a great choice! I prepare the dough similar to shortbread, and for the filling, I cook fruit puree from dried apricots using apple juice. Give it a try. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
