Apricot mousse
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Fruit mousse can be made based on cottage cheese or cream. Try both versions. With cream, the mixture turns out more homogeneous and calorie-rich, making the dessert resemble a creamy custard. If you add cottage cheese, as in this version, the mousse becomes lighter. The ready dessert can be served immediately.
