Description
The recipe won't take much time. A very old recipe consisting of whipped cream and fruit purée. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1
Mix 200 ml of liquid cream and 25 g of vanilla sugar, and whip.

Add 150 ml of fruit purée, apricot in this case.

Gently but thoroughly mix, keeping the air bubbles in the cream.

Serve the dessert in cups, adding a little purée on top for decoration.
