Description

This jelly can be made using almost any homemade jam or preserve. The soaking time for the gelatin and setting time depend on the brand you use. You can decorate the jelly to your taste.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make apricot jelly from apricot jam.

    Pour the gelatin with half a cup of cold boiled water and leave to swell for 40-60 minutes.

    Pour the remaining water into a saucepan and add the apricot jam. Place the saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil, simmer for a couple of minutes, then remove from heat. Take the fruits out of the saucepan and slice them.
