Beet and Potato Dip
Description

Today I'd like to suggest making a very simple yet delicious beet and potato dip using easily available ingredients. The dip turns out bright and slightly sweet in flavor. It's especially tasty with homemade bread. Serve this sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

1. Peel the potatoes and mash them with a masher together with half of the vegetable oil.
