Steak in sauce
Description
Sriracha sauce is spicy, which is why we won't marinate the meat for very long. If you'd like to add more flavor, you can also use allspice or other types of pepper, as well as aromatic dried herbs.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the meat and pat it dry, then season lightly with salt. You can add a little aromatic pepper.
- 2
Step 2

Mix both sauces thoroughly. At this stage, you can add herbs or spices to your taste.
- 3
Step 3

Place the meat in a sealed bag and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag and shake to distribute the marinade. Put the bag in the refrigerator for 30-50 minutes. Do not marinate the meat for more than an hour!

Step 4

Heat the skillet until very hot. You can add a drop of vegetable oil, but it's optional. Sear the meat over high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Then reduce the heat and cook to your desired doneness (another 2-3 minutes on each side for medium). Serve the steaks hot.
