Sponge moss for cake decoration
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Anyone who has worked with sponge cake even once can handle this decoration. The only requirement is having a microwave oven at home. It won't work in a conventional oven, as it will change color and won't have such an intense hue. To achieve moss with an airy texture, you need a very good leavening agent and a dye that can withstand heat treatment. The finished moss should be slightly sticky to the fingers when touched, but not remain on the fingers. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
