
Pork chop on the bone
Description
The recipe for a bone-in pork chop is very simple, yet it has a few secrets that, when known, will help you cook the dish as deliciously as possible. I hope you'll like my recipe ;)

1. First, prepare the marinade. For the marinade, you will need: zest from both limes; finely chopped parsley; garlic sliced thinly crosswise; grated ginger root; chili pepper cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed (if you prefer spicier, leave the seeds);

2. Grind the chopped ingredients thoroughly in a mortar.

3. Then add lime juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and mix well.

4. Rub the cutlets with the prepared mixture and let them marinate, covered, for an hour.

5. Pour a little oil into a deep skillet, remove large pieces of marinade from the cutlets, and fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

6. Place the fried cutlets in a heatproof dish, pour over the remaining marinade, and bake in the oven for about half an hour, until done. The bone-in cutlet is ready!
