
Syrniki from grainy cottage cheese
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. From grainy cottage cheese you can make tender and incredibly delicious cheese pancakes—you only need to blend it in a blender. If you like, add vanilla sugar to the cheese mixture for aroma, as well as raisins or candied peel. Serve with tea or coffee.

Prepare all ingredients. Ingredients should be at room temperature.

Crack one large egg into the cottage cheese and blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth and paste-like.

Pour the flour, semolina, and granulated sugar into a bowl.

Thoroughly mix the cottage cheese until smooth and leave for about 10 minutes so the semolina can swell well.

Then scoop some of the curd mixture with a spoon, shape the syrniki to the desired form and size, and fry them in a pan in the smallest amount of refined vegetable oil needed until golden and crisp on the outside.

Place the finished syrniki on paper towels to remove all the oil.

Serve the cooked syrniki made from granular cottage cheese with sour cream, and remember honey, syrup, or homemade jam—there’s very little sugar in the recipe.
