Homemade Suluguni Cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for making suluguni cheese at home. Boil the milk with cottage cheese, then strain off the whey. Add eggs, salt, and butter to the curd mixture. Cook a little longer, then let it cool and transfer the future cheese into a mold. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set. The finished cheese is every bit as good as store-bought suluguni. Good luck. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
