Soup in a bread loaf
Description
Making soup in a bread loaf at home is very easy. I saw this original presentation in an Italian restaurant and immediately remembered it. The filling can be varied—from salad to soup. In our case, it's soup.
Instructions

Step 1

1. We start with the most tedious part – frying the meat. I always prepare this soup with meat and mushrooms, but you can choose a different filling if you prefer.

Step 2

2. While the meat is frying, sauté the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

3. Now add everything to boil, add the onion and spices. Simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat.
- 4
Step 4

4. While the soup is cooking, remove the crumb from the bread roll. Do this carefully so that only the crust remains.

Step 5

5. Now send our buns to the oven to dry a little. Then let them cool and fill them.

Step 6

6. A small ladleful fits in my bun. Sprinkle with herbs on top and lightly dust with cheese.
