
Gooseberry soup
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Since this dessert takes only 5-10 minutes to make, prepare it right before serving so it doesn't have time to warm up. The soup is served only cold. You can add various sweets or sweet spices to it. The ready dessert can now be served.

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use any variety of gooseberries.

Wash the berries in water, trim the stems from both ends.

Place them in the grinder bowl. It is not recommended to use a blender, as it will also crush the seeds in the berries.

Blend everything for about 2 minutes, turning the berries into a puree-like consistency.

Place the mixture into a deep plate. You can do this in portions. Add sugar to taste, depending on the sweetness of the berries.

Pour in mineral or sweetened carbonated water and mix everything until the sugar dissolves.

Place ice cubes if serving the soup on a hot, sweltering day. If planning to serve the dessert to children, do not add ice!
