
Meat Souffle in a Multicooker

Cut the meat into pieces, salt it, and add egg, milk, and butter. Using a blender, turn the ingredients into a puree.

Put the puree in a cup.

Grind the carrots in a blender very finely, but not into a puree. Transfer to the meat and mix.

Place the future soufflé into a silicone mold. Pour a couple of glasses of water into the multicooker bowl, place the steaming rack inside, and put the silicone mold with the soufflé on top. Cook with the lid closed, using the "Steam" setting.
