Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. Beef soufflé for a child is prepared quite quickly and easily. To make this dish, you'll need a meat grinder or high-quality minced meat, cream, one egg, a mixer, and a multicooker. We bake the soufflé in the multicooker for 20 minutes, while the preparation time may vary for different people (from 5 to 20 minutes). Personally, I recommend not adding too much salt or sugar to children's food. Pass the meat (preferably beef tenderloin) through a meat grinder, previously removing the tendons and fat.

Pour the cream into the resulting mince and break in an egg.

Using a mixer at medium speed, beat everything for 3-4 minutes.

Grease the inner pot of the multicooker with butter and pour in the prepared mixture, smoothing it with a spatula. Close the lid and set the "multicook" mode (100°C) for 20 minutes.
