Tuna steak
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Tuna steak is a real delicacy. Of course, it's not a cheap product, but from time to time I allow myself to indulge in it. Cooking it is incredibly simple and quick, but it's important to keep an eye on the steak while grilling to avoid overcooking. The finished dish can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Carefully rinse the tuna steak. The flesh is very delicate, so don't damage it. Pat the fillet dry with a paper towel.
- 2
Step 2

Take a clean cellophane bag, pour soy sauce into it, add the fillet, tie it up, turn it over several times, and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, preheat the grill and lightly oil it. Sprinkle the marinated fish with a few drops of lemon and place it on the grill. Grill until golden on both sides.

Step 4

Fish cooks very quickly, so watch it carefully. If you prefer your fish steaks juicier, leave the center pink and not fully cooked.
