You don't even need to remove their shells—using such ingredients, you can still prepare a flavorful dish to serve with side dishes. The sauce tastes best when hot, but you can also serve it cold. Perfectly complements pasta, meat, and vegetables.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Clean the shells and rinse.

Peel the onion and garlic and rinse under water. Finely dice the onion and sauté in vegetable oil for about 3-4 minutes until golden, adding the peeled garlic clove to the pan at the same time.

Then add tomato paste and mix everything well, simmer for about 1 minute.

Peel and grate the carrots into a container.

Add the shells of shrimp, crab, crayfish, etc.

Gently mix and sauté in tomato paste for about 2-3 minutes.

Pour in hot water, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer for at least 35–40 minutes until the shells soften. During this time, some of the water will evaporate.

Transfer the contents of the cauldron into a tall glass for an immersion blender or into a grinder bowl.
