Salting Pork Fat
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. Pay attention to the recipe for how to salt salo. It is perfect for a snack outdoors at the dacha, or even simply for a quick lunch of salo with a fresh little tomato or cucumber. It is a real pleasure! You can use absolutely any dry seasonings you like. I mostly use whatever I have in my kitchen. In principle, it is hard to spoil such a product. You can store this salo in the freezer for several months. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
