    In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla, and egg yolks until smooth and uniform.

    Place the lavash on a flat surface and spread the cottage cheese filling on it.

    Grease a round baking pan. Roll the lavash into a roll and coil it around the pan in a circle. It will look like a snail :)

    Mix the sour cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar using a whisk. Pour the resulting mixture over the pie.

    Bake the pie for 30 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
